But finding a genuinely rich, luscious gelato that’s low in sugar, dairy-free, and high in beneficial nutrients turned out to be a far greater challenge than expected and it was on them to make that dream a reality…

In their quest to develop a truly authentic and delicious product with these specifications they collaborated with the best gelato artisans in Southern California to redefine a classic dessert experience.

From a shared passion and determination to create a truly healthy and plant-based frozen dessert without sacrificing decadent flavor or traditional craft, a New Wave movement was born.
